Stairlift Customer Testimonial Letter
Mr Perry's Letter

Below is a letter we received from a delighted customer who ordered a curved stairlift. The stairlift was needed urgently for the customers partner returning from hospital after receiving coronary care.

Dear Team

I just wanted you to know that we received first class service from your company in every respect and that we are pleased with our new curved stair lift.

Steve Cowell your sales rep was excellent giving full details of your product and reassurance of its value. We were booked for installation in 10 days time which would prove ever so difficult as my partner would be out of coronary care before then and I was at a loss to know what to do. I rang your company and explained the urgency and asked to be in a priority queue. An hour later, they rang and said the engineer would arrive in 40 minutes and we would have the new stair lift

This was so remarkable I will never forget such efficiency and helpfulness that came our way. Was the name of the engineer Dan He too did a thoroughly good job.
