At Home WIth Their Acorn Stairlift

When Maureen Parkinsons (72) husband Trevor (80) was taken into intensive care with pneumonia she knew there would be a serious decline in his mobility as he recovered.

Fearing they would have to leave their beloved home in Sale, Manchester, Maureen contacted Acorn Stairlifts.

"I trusted Acorn from the beginning and what's more, they could fit a stairlift straight away which was perfect for our situation," said Maureen.

"The gentleman who installed the stairlift was incredible. We were going through a vulnerable time and he was very sensitive, I really appreciated that"

"My husband has been out of hospital for five months now and having an Acorn stairlift has made all the difference to our lives. It has given him more freedom so he can continue to get better. We could not be happier with it".

"Our grandchildren have said they would like it to go a little faster!" Mrs Parkinson commented.
