How long does it take to install an Acorn Stairlift? Will I need to redecorate?
Because your Acorn stairlift is manufactured to the exact dimensions of your home, it usually takes less than an hour! An Acorn stairlift is fitted to the treads on the staircase, not to the wall. Using our own fully trained Installation Engineers means the process is quick, clean and simple.
Before they leave they will make sure that the stairlift is tested thoroughly, demonstrate all the features - making sure you are perfectly happy and know how to use it - and of course leave everything as clean and tidy as you had it before.
